Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • Magic Bakery products are handcrafted, freshly baked, and made to order. Therefore, same-day shipping is not available. Please allow at least 48 hours advance notice when placing your order.

  • Orders for toppers placed before 1pm are printed and dispatched or available for collection on the same day. Custom options may take longer.

  • Toppers are shipped through the postal service (An Post). Or local pickup is available at no cost in Whitegate. We do NOT offer delivery options for toppers.

  • We currently ship within Ireland.

  • For Cookies, we offer local pickup at no cost in Whitegate, and free delivery to Midleton and surrounding areas up to 15km. Please reach out to receive more details regarding the exact pick-up address and for delivery times. For the free delivery please select Shipping at the Checkout.

  • We ship via AnPost. Delivery will arrive within 1-3 business days Nationwide. Allergen information is included in the package.

  • Magic Bakery is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, mechanical errors, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, theft at customers' locations after delivery, or damage caused during transit.

  • All cookies and toppers are packed with love and care. Magic Bakery cannot control how the An Post service handles your package once it leaves the kitchen. Both, cookies and toppers are quite delicate. Damage caused during transit is out of our control, and therefore, damages caused during transit/shipping will not be given a refund.

  • Please ensure all shipping information is correct before submitting your order and confirm it again in your order confirmation email. Once a package has been sent for delivery, the address cannot be altered. There are no returns, modifications, or cancellations allowed on any orders once they have shipped.

Orders

  • Nationwide orders: An Post shipping goes out Monday to Friday.

  • Local pick-up orders and delivery: Pick-up / delivery is from Monday to Friday only. The exact pick-up / delivery time and address will be provided to you with the order confirmation email if you choose local pick-up as a shipping option.

  • Disclaimer: After the package is dropped off at An Post, we will send you a tracking number. Please keep an eye out for your package. We will not take responsibility for any packages that have been marked as delivered but not received. Toppers are sent by standard post, no tracking available.

  • Short Notice Orders: Please note that we cannot guarantee timely delivery for toppers ordered on short notice, particularly on Thursdays for weekend use. This means there's a risk of delays, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for toppers that are delayed in transit.

  • Busy Periods: Please note that we cannot be held responsible for postal delays caused by An Post during peak times, such as the Christmas season. Customers are advised to consider potential delays and allow extra time for delivery.
